Getting here
How do you get to the Etihad Stadium? One way is practice. Here are the others.
Finding Us
There is a safe, well lit and signposted walking route available from Manchester Piccadilly Station. Signage will direct you along the route. Please follow the ‘City Link’ signs. Download the Stadium map which shows the designated safe walking route. It will take c. 20 minutes to walk from the city centre.
There are a number of frequent buses from all directions to the Etihad Stadium. Direct services to the stadium are:
53, 54, 185, 186, 216, 217, 230, 231, 232, 233, 234, 235, 236, 237, X36 and X37.
At the end of the match buses will be lined up on Ashton New Road next to the South Stand, to take you back to the city centre, where you can connect onwards or celebrate a win. Based on supporter feedback, stewards will be on hand this season to help manage the queues more effectively at the end of the match.

Pay on the day parking is available on site at the Etihad Stadium on the North Car Park accessed from Alan Turing Way. Parking in the North Car Park costs £10 for cars and £30 for non-supporter club coaches.
At peaks times (immediately post match for approx. 45 minutes) all the North Car Parks (1, 2 and 3) will operate as a left turn only exit. East Car Park is pre-sold to corporate clients and is not available to cash sales on the day. When traffic begins to move more freely, both lanes will be made available.
Disabled parking is also available on-site, however it is limited due to the number already allocated to our members. Please call our Disabled Liaison Officer Hayley Crook on 0161 444 1894 (option 1) or email disabledtickets@mcfc.co.uk for more information.
Please note that a road closure operates immediately after the event to allow pedestrians to leave safely. Supporters who want park slightly further away from the Etihad Stadium, to avoid the road closures are advised to park in K2 entrance which is off Ashton Old Road approximately 50m from the junction with Pottery Lane. The K2 site is a 10-15 minute walk from the stadium and costs £7.
There are a number of satellite car parks around the stadium, with prices displayed at the point of entry. The club does not endorse these car parks.
A resident parking scheme is in place in the streets around the Etihad Stadium and this is strictly enforced and identified through on-street signage. Please do not park in these areas as you will be fined and your vehicle may be clamped or removed. Please respect the needs of local residents. Parking at ASDA adjacent to the Stadium is reserved for store customers only. Penalties will be imposed for misuse of this car park.
The best way to beat the traffic of course is to stay and enjoy the post-match fun in City Square, at the Stadium end of Joe Mercer Way. City Square, with a fully license outdoor bar and café, is a great place to enjoy food and drink and reflect on the game and watch the highlights with City pundits, player interviews and celebrity guests.
