The week started off with Nigel de Jong adding fuel to the long-running Richards/Lescott feud with this pic from the Carrington canteen:

The Dutch midfielder was the subject of the majority of the players' tweets on Wednesday night following his surprise goal against Liverpool.

Nigel also received praise from Netherlands team mate Wesley Sneidjer who was clearly impressed with the strike!

The lads then wished Nedum Onuoha good luck following the defender's move from City to QPR.

It wasn't long until the banter started again between the lads.
